From a child my family were dog lovers and dogs have always played an important part in my life. The characteristics and behaviours of dogs began to intrigue me and I decided to look deeper into our human relationship with dogs. This interest lead me to study canine psychology and attend numerous seminars. I continue to feed my thirst for knowledge on all things dogs by reading various books and articles which keeps me up to date with current training methods.
“My best teachers are my own and my clients dogs. You simply can’t beat observing their behaviours and they never cease to amaze me”

I have a broad knowledge of different training techniques and have trained my own dogs in the Kennel Club Good Citizenship Scheme and also agility training. For a few years now, I have volunteered at Ashford Dog Training Club, which I thoroughly enjoy and for those dogs suited to the class environment, this is an excellent place to learn.
